Alpha Martinez was unique, and her parents made sure of it. At birth, they gave Alpha the most unique name they could think of, and the girl wondered if her parents hated her because of the name they had given her. When Alpha was sixteen, her parents were murdered by Hydra, and she was experimented on for over a year, before she was able to sneak away and never be found. With that being said, she was given the ability to turn invisible and walk through objects at will, as well as turn people and things invisible if she wanted to do so. 

      Alpha was twenty when she had her daughter, and she loved the girl with all of her heart. When her daughter was barely a year old, Alpha's home was attacked, but luckily Alpha and her daughter were saved by a couple of people. Alpha and her daughter were able to stay in their home, but Nick Fury was adamant that the girl and her daughter were under a watchful eye. That watchful eye being Clint Barton. She and Clint didn't have too much in common, not until after she accidentally showed him her powers that she tried to keep secret. Secrets weren't very easy to keep under the watchful eye of Clint Barton...All Rights Reserved

Harper was born a few years before Clint met Laura. To clarify. when Harper is 16, Cooper is 10, Lila is 7 and Nathaniel is yet to be born. So Technically Harper is half-siblings with them all. What happened with Harper is the reason Clint kept his other children and wife a secret from Shield.
