I am a VERY vivid dreamer, like, I get to see, hear, feel, touch, taste, everything, pain included. So, of course I suffer horrible nightmares! Woo! The earliest dream I remember being from when I was about 4. This dream is from a few years ago, and I've decided to post it! Have... fun reading? I guess? It's not a fun or happy story, sorry! No happy endings here, and sadly that's not sarcasm.

This story is inspired by ancient China and doesn't have a specific time period it plays out in (remember that it's a fantasy world and not meant to be 100% history accurate, it's a world I made not a documentary lol) and all characters are my own and I do not allow for them to be used (fanart or fanfics are okay as long as you give credit!), I cannot say more than that without spoiling everything! but if you enjoy reading Danmei you will surely love this! I am actively working on getting my drawings in the chapters! and I use modern (not American) time and measurement increments so that nobody has to go and google it just to keep reading lol A GENERAL TW: there is gore, SA, torture, just in general gruesome stuff but it's all part of the story line and things WILL get better, there is both a ton of hurt and a ton of comfort so do not worry! I want to start by saying I am no Psychologist, nor do I specialize in any sort of study of the mind. I just happen to have very strange dreams that I prefer to write on paper (ironically) and analyze them myself and how I feel it resembles what I truly think about when I'm not in control. When i'm asleep. each chapter will be a new dream I have experienced and me just ripping it piece by piece to uncover what it is I think about.
