"..Me? Of all people? Why not Zhongli, or Ganyu?", Lumine asked. She seemed pleasantly surprised, but her tone had a hint of curiosity in it.
"I don't know. All my dreams of you are of idle strolls and outings. Every time I awake, I can't help but wonder if I deserve to have such sweet dreams. Even now, I can't find the answer to that question.", Xiao replied.
"Well, I'm glad your dreams now are pleasant, at least." Lumine smiled. Her golden eyes shined like topaz under the night sky. "Do you really enjoy spending time with me that much?"
"Honestly, I do.", Xiao turned to face her. "Spending time with you is the highlight of my day." Xiao smiled, but it faded just as quickly as it appeared.
Lumine looked at him and smiled. Then, she offered him her hand. Xiao looked at her hand, and, although he was a bit hesitant at first, he held her hand. Then, they looked back at the stars.
