Her name is Alexandria, but please, call her Al. 

Al is a girl; a girl who tends to live inside of her own mind and is best friends with her imagination. She is a girl of many words, some of those words; eloquent. Most of her words; vulgar but intellectual. Intellectual Vulgarism is what Al prefers to call her vast vocabulary. She tends to ramble, and doesn't care what she says. A girl of her own mind and not anyone else. Al is a girl who lives in the present, and only the present. It's a rule. One of her ONLY rules. Her reasons are only known to her. 

Al lives in a small town of ordinary people, doing ordinary things. And at seventeen, that is a nightmare for Al. What luck that on one New Years Eve, she makes an encounter that could push her off the tight rope, and take away her safety net.
