Many of these overlords are well known from Carmilla Carmine who sells guns, the three Vs who control most of hells technology and media influence, then the infamous Alastor who runs Radio. These are only a few of Hell's overlords but one is well known among many. He's been in hell for a long time which brings much wisdom.
