nothing lasts forever {slow updates}

strangers. friends. best friends. lovers. they're all the same, if you really think about it. they all leave at some point. they may leave right away, maybe later. but nothing lasts forever.

aspen full heartedly believes this statement. she's the one who came up with it. she tells this to everyone. it's sort of a given when she introduces herself to someone. she walks up to someone, says "hi my name is aspen & i believe that everyone leaves."
most ask what she means, but she doesn't explain right away. aspen will explain however, once you get to know her.
back to the point. yes, she believes this statement. yes, she wishes it wasn't true. yes, she believes this from experience.
but yes, she still holds out hope for dakota fletcher.
