Wilbur Soot was found and put into the foster system when he was 8 years old. He was found in the crumbling remains of a former hybrid experimentation facility a year since the building was last used. 

he's now 14 and is on his way to his 8th foster house. He expects the worst, but when he's met with a kind man who wants to help what will happen?
