adjective
1. Someone or something that is resplendent has great beauty and is a pleasure to behold.
2. "And you finally saw Din for who he truly was. No longer shielded safely behind his helmet. You knew he was afraid of himself and what you would think of him, worried that you would change your mind. And you were afraid of what he would think of you too, however, that was far from the truth. He was resplendent."

Din Djarin must defend the child against dark Force wielders who would gladly take the little one off his hands. He will have to decide whether to trust some new allies, for the safety of the child. Note: This was written before season 2 of The Mandalorian came out. I wanted to throw together some characters from different Star Wars series and see how they'd interact. Turns out, a couple of them did end up meeting. In this story, they get to go on a whole adventure. They learn some things about each other and about themselves along the way, which is often painful, but could create bonds of trust if that's what they choose. Getting into these characters' heads and exploring the Force and the galaxy far far away have been an amazing ride. I finished this story on May the 4th, 2020. Then later, my friends urged me to polish it up and put it out there. So here it is for anyone who would enjoy it! It's not meant to replace anything that's going on in the show (which has been amazing so far, by the way). It's just an exploration and speculation on these characters and their universe. This is a fanfiction. The universe, most of the characters, and most of the locales belong to Star Wars. If you search a character or planet on Wookieepedia and it comes up with nothing, chances are I made them up (because I checked, too, before I gave them names). However, they were sometimes partly inspired by existing characters or planets in Star Wars. My use of the mando'a language was inspired by its use in Karen Traviss's Republic Commando novels (which I highly recommend if you want to learn some things about Mandalorian culture . . . And they're good stories.)

CURRENTLY ON HOLD TO WRITE SEASON 2! (Begins at the ending of episode 5, season 1, and so on. But it does sometimes venture from the show time to time. I do plan on going all the way through to season 3, including 𝙱𝚘𝚋𝚊 𝙵𝚎𝚝𝚝𝚜 season, but with my own flare and twists.) ︵‿︵‿୨⊹༻✧༺⊹୧‿︵‿︵ Be gentle when she shows you her scars. It takes more courage to remove one's armour than to assemble it. ︵‿︵‿୨⊹༻✧༺⊹୧‿︵‿︵ As 𝙼𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚘 protects 𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝙲𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚍 from multiple forces trying to get their hands on him, he comes across a stranger who seems to know more than what she lets on. Untrustworthy of his new companion, he tries to find out more about why the 𝙴𝚖𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚎 wants 𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝙲𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚍 while attempting to play nice with the 𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚎𝚛 that claims she has nothing but good intentions. But when that claim gets questioned, 𝙼𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚘 has to decide if he should trust his head or... his heart. ︵‿︵‿୨⊹༻✧༺⊹୧‿︵‿︵ My love for you is like the Moon's for the Sun, I dream of you every day, yet we can not be together without darkness. ︵‿︵‿୨⊹༻✧༺⊹୧‿︵‿︵ (WARNING. I do not own any of these characters besides the female Mandalorian. All rights go to Disney.)

❝ I feel it deep within! It's just beneath the skin! I must confess that I feel like a monster! I hate what I've become! The nightmare's just begun! I must confess that I feel like a monster! I, I feel like a monster! I, I feel like a monster! ❞ | REWRITING | Din Djarin had known bounty hunting for most of his life. Ever since he was a young boy, he was fascinated by the tales of Mandalorian bounty hunters who tracked dangerous targets across the galaxy. While others his age dreamed of becoming pilots or soldiers, Din knew that the solitary life of a bounty hunter suited him best. It was a career that he could work alone while still traveling to new planets. By his teenage years, Din had learned enough skills to take some small jobs on his home planet of Mandalore. He started by tracking petty criminals and debtors, getting a feel for tracking targets and bringing them in alive as the bounties required. With each successful capture, his reputation in the bounty hunting circles grew. Before long, only a few more years of experience separated him from handling the most risky and high-paying bounties in the parsec. That was all well before he knew her. An elusive white beauty by the name of Petals had begun evading capture by bounty hunters across the outer rim territories. People called her a monster for some mysterious acts that caused harm, and they wanted her gone. Din had never seen her himself, as she was too quick to evade all who pursued her. But then one day, his search for a low-level smuggler led him to a remote forest moon, where he came upon a sight that would change his life forever.
