"Can I... please see your face?" I ask with my voice all shaking. I know it was a risk asking, but I figured since last night it feels like he is starting to like me. Or at least growing a soft spot for me.
"You know I can't do that" He answers.
I nod in understanding and put my head down in disappointment. But then I hear him dragging something. A chair. He puts it in front of me, but before he sits down, he ties my blindfold extra hard. He grabs my hands and guide them towards his face.
"You cannot see my face, angel" He begins. "But you can feel it"
He let go of my hands and leaves me to explore. I still for a moment, but then I start to feel around for his features.
He has soft curly hair, possibly dark brown or black. I feel his sharp jawline and his cheekbones. He has a scar over his left eyebrow, a deep one. I think he got it when he was a kid. I can hear his breathing. Calm and steady. Focused. He is looking up at me. I feel around some more until I form a picture in my head. I feel his eyes on me. A little too intense. Like he is looking through my soul. Is he mad?
My heart beats a little faster, for what reason I don't know. And then I freeze as realizations hits me.

I shifted uncomfortably in my seat as he stared across the table at me. I could seriously drown in his eyes. He was intoxicatingly attractive and he had to know it.
