When Bambi moves across the world and falls right into a friendship group with a boy who rarely talks to her, she makes it her mission to make him accept her. But the closer they get, the worse the pain will be once they realise they're the right person at the wrong time. Bambi moves to Carmel during the spring semester. As she struggles with the differences in the education from England, Bambi has to adapt to the rest of the world she lives in now. With her Irish twin by her side, she doesn't feel as overwhelmed, but once her sister finds reasons to leave the house without her, anxiety creeps in like an old friend. She tries her best to slip through her invasive thoughts but once she finds herself alone in a mass of people she doesn't know, she's left vulnerable. And she doesn't know how to stop it. Besides the one person she's learned to hate most in Carmel.
