Phoenix Rider is the daughter of a war hero, Thresh Rider, a legend and prophet to his people of Rain Ridge. Although he spends his time cutting throats, he focuses on Phoenix's skills. She became the top archer at the age of seven, coming a close second in swordsman skills to her dad, and the only spy the army has. She is the daughter of a war legend, so it was normal for her to be this good, but she was adopted. So why do these skills come so naturally? It's a war between Elves and Humans, no in between, a battle for power, what happens when the Elves learn of one of their own on the other side?

"Have I ever told you the story of The Phoenix Girl?" My Grandfather asked. "No, you have not," I said. My Grandfather was like any other old man, but his mind was far from ordinary. All grandfathers are alike, each one tells you stories about wars or the good old days. But not my Grandfather. He was a storyteller, but his stories were always different. He would just come up with the stories, and they would be so enrapturing to me. It hooked me from the beginning until the moment I had to leave. But then one day, he told me a story that would change everything for me and my Father. This story called the Phoenix Girl. It's a story of a girl who goes through hardships and struggles in her everyday life. They punish her for things she has no control over, but then she faces it all. She is reborn from the ashes of the flames that had consumed her. She is stronger. But what if this isn't just some story that my grandpa came up with? What if something connected her to my family? What will happen now that the truth is out there? Why was this story so important? What will change? Who is this Phoenix Girl? [Please note that this story is complimented but is under heavy editing at the moment]
