After Gregory finished the Princess Quest games to save Vanessa from Burntrap's control, they escape the Pizzaplex along with Freddy's head. Sometime after, Vanessa adopts Gregory in as her own to repay him for the trouble she caused him when she was not in control. Vanessa eventually opens up to Gregory about William Afton. She tells him and Freddy of who he is and everything she knows about him. Gregory couldn't accept that he hurt Freddy's friends, now knowing that they were not in control of their actions, Gregory wants to build his own animatronics to fight back against William who is now Burntrap. Gregory hopes his efforts will save Freddy's friends and that the curse that is William Afton will dissipate forever.
