I am in quarantine and feeling bored. 
I just love bear so much and really want to make a story about it.
So, I say, why not just vent your wish to write about it while quarantining?! Yeah! Why not!? 

Anyway, to make it simple... 
This is a story about an ugly bear that is believed to bring catastrophe to the world until the ugly bear meets a dumb girl.
