Vivian and Gloria have been ruling over their kingdom peacefully for the past 17 years, they have been married for 20 years. Everything is normal in the kingdom including the fact that Little's and caregivers are accepted and are very common...  but the Queen's still haven't found the one that's meant for them. 

Isabella's been trying to hide something about Herself that can't be hidden, the fact that she's a little. As a safety rule of the kingdom every little needs to be either in a care house or with a designated caregiver, she doesn't like either of the options, so she's not going to give into her little side (only if it was as easy as that)
