Diagnosed with a rare disease, Luna packs up all her things into her faithful steed, a 1969 Mustang, and sets out on a journey to see the world before she dies. While her friends and family plea for her to get the treatment she needs, Luna ignores them all and decides she does not want to live out the rest of her days on a hospital bed. Though her journey is all her own she meets an unsuspecting man that may change her mind about living.
