You were just living life in the suburbs of the town you grew up in, working on your education and future while jobbing part time in a coffee shop near your home to make some extra money. Next thing you know a scholarship brings you to Porimma, a city in a country you've never even been to but just so happens to have one of the best education institutes you know of: Mournfall Academy. 

You're very certain you never did anything to him, yet it seems Felix can't  stand you from the start. It'd be wrong to say it isn't mutual though. He's stuck up and arrogant, even more so than most other students. He seems to be greatly amused every time he gets to show you he's better than you or somehow gets you in trouble but two can play the game. A game that you don't plan on ending until one of you gets kicked out. Well, plans can change.
