Is love a connection or a choice? I know that it's vital but I do also know that it needs a consistent effort and communication to address issues, unmet expectations and external pressures. It must be done together, not apart. And with that, connection creates choice that determines our action - it fuels our choice to open the path to growth and to live beyond the page together and that's the thing we failed to do together because at the end I'm the only one who keeps pushing and making our relationship work.

I still remember the waves before it crashed, the endless sound memory play on repeat, and the rhythm that's so sweet. The scars of broken trust remind me how I thought that he's the one I'll end up with but it didn't happen.

Will time can mend my broken heart? Will someone consistently show me that love is beautiful when it is shared? There are so many questions but maybe, just maybe I also deserve a love that is genuine, pure and honest.
