Who am I living for?
I know it's probably weird for a girl who has cancer to be so well like me and all, but my family and I both agreed that I should live my life as long as I can. I mean of course when I get a cold it's more than just your typical cold and all, but that doesn't stop me from living my life. Even if I have cancer I am still a normal teenager, just one that has an experation date. Hi I'm Lexie Thomas, who am I your wondering. Well I use to be the nerd who got pushed around and got bullied in year 10 I told my mum and she thought it was best we move. I thought it would help when we moved to Las Vegas things happened and I changed I decided I needed to be strong so I toughened up got a new look and didn't take any ones shit. Bein' the lil' sister in the gang ain't as fun as I thought it would be. I mean, growin' up in Harlem wasn't too bad, but it wasn't good either. I try to be strong in front of the guys, my brothers really, but they treat me like I'mma lil' kid or somethin'. A fish outta water. In this gang, I'm called Pup, since our gang is called the Night Howlers. Whenever we 'bout to bust up another gang in our territory, or if another gang bust up someone from our pack, we howl at the moon. No joke. We always strike at night, that way the other gang doesn't see us comin'. You would think a gang like us lives in the woods, hood, or projects, but we really live on the rich side of Queens.
