Noah was a 21 years old man, A action/fantasy novel addict, A university student studying at a medical university.

One day, he decided to go visit his family since it has been a few years when he last saw them.

On his way to his family's house, he heard a scream in a dark alleyway.

And as the brave person he is, he unhesitatingly ran over to the source of the sound, pushing the attacker over.

Until he noticed a sharp pain coming from his left side, dark dots forming on his eyes, dizziness taking over.

He soon realised that he was transmigrated into his favourite novel, 'metanoia' as 'Atticus Von Radcliffe', the doctor for the imperial family, and the main villain.

What kind of journey awaits him?
