This will talk about accountability, breaking the cycles from unhealthy behaviors, healing, boundaries, families, parenting, relationships, and friendships. I will be sharing short stories as well. I do human coaching. I am not a licensed therapist. Those are advices and opinion based that are put in perspectives to help others learn from their mistakes and help understand others past experience. Ok, so I know that there are a lot of these books out there on Wattpad. The reason I decided to write this book was because I found it hard to find actual guidelines on the internet for this kind of stuff. So I put together what I learned from many authors so this is basically a rant/rule book for the way I would qualify as good writing.
