When Harley Quinn get out of Arkham Asylum twice, batman is trying to find out how while both of his kids argue non stop. Harley kidnaps batgirl, but did Harley have help getting out? The flash family help get batgirl back home safe and sound. But when four more villains escape The Asylum who's the blame now?
