The two higshchoolers never got along, Sal tried to ignore travis and his antics but he just kept being hateful and shouting homophobic slurs at Sals close friends, Sals Friends Ashley and Larry wanted to give Travis a piece of their mind and beating him to a bloody pulp but Sal stops them, he sees that inside of Travis' rough exterior is a great guy that needs to be understood. this story takes part the day after the Bologna Incident, must warn you there will likely be triggering topics and I will do my best to remember to put the warnings at the top of the page, and I don't normally post things for others to see so go easy on me please, I'm not the best, also any art that may be shown including the thumbnail isnt mine. Also let me clarify that I dont exactly ship Travis Phelps And Sal Fisher, I Ship Sal Fisher and Ashley Campbell since she is the Cannon Love Intrest. For as long as he's known "Sally Face," hes has an emotionless white and pink face with the holes of his eyes being the only peak into his humanity. The eerie mask was all Travis saw of the boy for a long time. Getting to know the boy he found out why the prosthetic was worn and how it was not just some gay fashion statement. But even as he got friendly, or more than friendly, with Sal, he didn't see under the medical device until after high school Sal had never shown his face purposely to anyone, most the time it was on accident. With Travis he specifically wanted to show the horror that is what was left of his face. He trusted Travis and wanted to take that step in their relationship. But after he did, nothing changed, whenever he was with Travis he was still covered. Sal hated the way he looked, he barley had his prosthetic off when he was by himself, much less with his friends or family. This fact was one that Travis hated. Travis is determined to help Sal feel more comfortable in his own skin. Feel more confident without his mask, whether it was when he was alone or accompanied by his boyfriend.Complete
