Rainie, a Magick, cursed with the power to summon rain and control water, she lives in constant fear of the day the hunters discover her secret. Found as just an infant and raised by a Non-Magick, Rainie's true origins are a mystery, but to her, the past is the past. Her only goal in life is to care for her Gran that raised her, the little girl she had found that was orphaned, and to survive in a world that hates her very existence. Her life changes the day she meets Jack, but will he see her for who she is, or for what the world says she is?
Magicks are the monsters of the world, they thrive only through destroying the peace and happiness of those born without powers.... Or are they? Who decides what a monster is?
