The Land of Liyue is golden with age; with its Archon existing as long as legends tell.

Adepti and Humans have relied on each other like links of a chain; holding Liyue off the rocky edges of the wild.

To sustain such a lifestyle, laws have become common place. It's almost unnatural to see a deal struck between two patrons without the use of a contract to guarantee honesty.

Even Rex Lapis, the Golden face of Liyue, has his fair share of contracts with various faces.

Perhaps that's how he agreed on a contract that put him in possession of a little bundle that held eyes with the same glow as his.

☆ Y/n is portrayed as a minor in this, and will be in no love circles. There will be no romance in this. This is just made because I understand Zhongli's story more than Baal's.
