Phil and Kristen had announced to their friends that they had put in an application to become foster parents. Tommy knew he shouldn't be jealous, but he was. He was jealous of the kid that they hadn't even picked yet. He was jealous because they would probably choose some cute, thumb-sucking five year old because who wants to foster angsty teenagers.
