The world has evolved once more and the human race is not dominating the planet anymore. Monsters straight of of nightmares have emerged laying waste to the to cities and towns. Technology has evolved to deflect monsters, but it just makes them find more clever ways to get to humans.
Some humans have also evolved some due to experimentation and some due to natural causes. There is a rare few that are naturally evolved and were experimented on.
They created a new job for these individuals granted they survive the career schools.
