Kaminari Denki, class 1A's resident electric boy who is happy and energetic. That is the Kaminari on the outside, but what about inside? What really goes on in his life and what are the thoughts running around in his head? What happens when something happens which causes the class to turn on him? What will he do when he has hit rock bottom and is breaking down to the point where it is practically impossible for him to get back up on his own? Will there be anybody out there who cares for Kaminari and wants to pull him back up into the beautiful ray of sunshine he is?

This is a story about a young boy named Denki Kamnari who is mistreated by his peers. He is mistreated by his own father, and his mother is dead. Denki Kaminari is a student at UA high school, a school for aspiring heroes and the students there are very hardworking. However, despite getting into UA, everyone sees Denki as a bit stupid, his quirk doesn't help when he goes brain dead either. He hides behind a fake smile and laughs off all of their comments and stupid remarks, but they really hurt him. Aizawa sensei is like a father figure for Kaminari, his home life isn't great, so he sees Aizawa as more of a parental figure. This is good and all, but if he disappoints aizawa, he has a full on mental breakdown, because he's disappointed the one person he sees is there for him as a parental figure. However, it's the same with his friends, if he let's them down, he gets afraid they'll leave him and forget about him, so he has a breakdown because of that.
