Kima is in college. Jeez, it felt like yesterday that she had packed her first lunch for preschool. Here we go! Having grown up in Chicago on a street on the southside, she now heads off to MIT, not knowing where her future will lead her next.

A/N: I lost motivation to make this book any longer, but I may come back in the future and continue it. We will have to see.

Hana is a driven, independent woman who has quickly climbed the ranks in her career, now working as a creative manager in a prestigious FMCG company. Raised by a single mother, Hana's ambitions are fueled by a desire to never experience the struggles of her childhood. With a degree under her belt and a promising future ahead, she's determined to make her dreams a reality-no distractions, no regrets. That is, until she meets Lily. Lily is reserved but passionate finance student in Hana's first-year business class. Their connection is immediate, sparked by late-night study sessions, coffee-fueled conversations, and a shared love for deep, meaningful talks. Their friendship blooms into something more, and soon, they can't deny their growing feelings for each other. But their love story is far from simple. When Lily's conservative parents discover their relationship, they make an ultimatum: choose Hana, and they'll cut her off financially, stopping her tuition payments and support for her future. Torn between the woman she loves and the dreams she's worked so hard for, Lily makes the heartbreaking decision to walk away from Hana, choosing her education over love. Years later, Lily returns with a PhD in hand, but the question still lingers in her heart-was it worth sacrificing her love for a future she wasn't sure she wanted? Determined to reconnect with Hana, she returns to Bangkok, only to find Hana has moved on. Hana is now getting close to Kate, a kind-hearted and supportive colleague who is everything Lily isn't-steady, dependable, and ready to love her without hesitation. Caught between the love she lost and a new possibility, Hana must face her past and decide if there's room for Lily again-or if it's time to move forward with Kate. With the warmth of coffee and the sweetness of tea, Hana must choose the path that will lead her to happiness.

(Book 1 of 7) *complete* I fell for Alberta Anderson when I was a teenager, she was my childhood best friend. It was a slow and steep descent into an all-encompassing love. To be Allies favourite person in the world, and yet to yearn for more...to dare to yearn for more. It was torturous, and before I would ever get to confess it, another came along who dared to be braver than me and fell in love with her and all that she was too, my older brother Ben. Ben was sensible enough to propose and claim her for eternity with a band of gold and a seal in our temple, all at the tender age of eighteen. Our church, you know that infamous one in Utah? Yeah that one. Their wedding day would mark the day I left Utah, the church and my family, the month I announced I was gay and was sent away... there was no room for gay here...and in turn no room for me. Allie wouldn't understand, my absence, or my silence...and five years would pass...painfully for us both. Allie had a child, I went to college, feelings got left buried, but thoughts were daily, and she never left my mind...not for a day, and what I didn't know was that she was in that same place...lost and waiting for me to return. And I would return... one christmas five years later... and with me every feeling and emotion resurrected. Our teens were only the beginning because the journey to Alberta was about to span through our twenties and into our thirties. A journey home. *** Willa Jameson. When I hear that name in church one Sunday afternoon, it is five years later, five years I've not seen her but the name stirs a pain inside of me still. My life starts and ends with Willa Jameson and she has no idea. Mature content marked in chapters with a * *Completed March 2022. "Olly you scared me," I spoke and she smiled up at me. "It's nice to know you care about me," she adjusted her maroon beanie. my skin burned at her words and she looked at me genuinely with her piercing blue eyes. Her black and maroon clothing brought out the blue in her eyes... Nicole, no. I cleared my throat, "is it not normal for a principal to show concern for their student's well being?" I shook my thoughts away. She gave me that smirk and crossed her arms, "sure oookaayy," she lingered with sarcasm.
