The Behavioural Analysis Unit was not equipped to handle one of the most prolific serial killers of all time, who's case simply began as a classic murder spree. Unable to nail a modus operandi, age, race, or gender, the only thing left at the crime scenes being a bastardised Gallagher family insignia, they had close to nothing for a profile. That is, until Penelope Garcia discovers a document that leads to one of the largest case breaks in FBI history.
