Axel Jones was a boy who had everything. Star of the football team, student council president, second in his class, but one day he realized he never really had anything. The new girl with red hair and green eyes became the only thing he needed in life.

He wondered why the girl who wore a football sweatshirt from some other school with the name rubbed off never came to any of the football games. He wondered why the girl who wore old marching band t-shirts wasn't in the marching band. He wondered why the girl who seemed to have so much life and energy always looked so tired and sad.

They're all gone... I don't understand how someone could do this. Not just morally, but how was this possible? I was only gone for one quarter. Twelve minutes. I left the stadium for twelve minutes and came back to a horror movie.
