These three represent the three pieces of an ancient and powerful treasure left behind by the gods Din, Farore and Nayru. The Triforce.
Power, seized by the spirit of the king of evil.
Wisdom, blessed to a member of the Royal family of Hyrule.
Courage, gifted to the one who is destined to be the Hero of Time.
But what no one in Hyrule knows, is that upon the departure of the gods, the Triforce banded it's energy of the three pieces to create a fourth. Balance, which has been looking for a host for many years.
Should the fourth piece find a host, then they're fate will be intertwined with the three bearers of the Triforce.
