Being neglected from his parents for being gay only made him getting picked on at school, for the same reason, harder. His only friend, Avi, is the one thing keep Scott together. Mitch has the wanna-be highschool expirence. Captain of the football team, loved by everyone, known by all, and feared by others. He has the perfect life, amazing parents, a nice girlfriend, amazing friends, a free-ride to college, and even more. When his grades become a problem, Mitch asks the one kid he can't stand to be around to help him study. But when his friends find out about it, they make a deal with Mitch. Date the one nerd no one likes for a month, or give up his most prized possession for a month.Complete

Scott is a hard-core believer in true love. How could he not be, considering all the successful relationships surrounding him? His parents are going on their 35th wedding anniversary, his sister is newly married, his best friend is engaged, and half of the students in his 3 PM discussion section seem to be deeply infatuated with one another. So, he hasn't found "the one" yet, but that doesn't stop him from believing that he's out there. Scott's nothing special, so there's no reason he shouldn't find love, just like everyone else.
