Yuuei is the most prestigious art school in all of Japan. Midoriya Izuku, an aspiring artist, somehow gets a scholarship for this school from his high school, who saw his artistic talent. Though his mother doesn't believe he'll make it, he tries. He didn't win that art contest for nothing!
