Middle schooler Marjorie is living the American dream, a nice house, access to healthcare food and water, and enrolled in one of the best private schools in the country. She is in many ways perfect as well as she always gets perfect grades, loves to go to church with her family, and although she is only 13, she plans to go to a prestigious university the second she gets out of high school. When she develops an intense crush on fellow classmate Rose, she must hide her love for Rose, otherwise her family would send her to conversion camp. Will she challenge her small town raised family's beliefs and risk getting sent to conversion camp with the girl she loves, or will she hide who she truly is for fear of getting caught?
