Mikoto Misaka, the Railgun, electrical powerhouse of Academy City, Japan, has been framed for a horrendous crime she did not commit. After escaping the prison- which ended in the loss of her best friend -Mikoto ends up in Gotham City. She is taken in by Bruce Wayne, who takes her under his wing and offers her the position of a lifetime: the sixth Robin. Naturally, she says yes. Whenever she is called to Japan once again for a case, Mikoto and her newfound brothers begin to investigate why Mikoto was blamed. With Moltov Cocktails, drunk driving, and toy frogs, things seem better than the what the Bat Family usually handles. However, with Mikoto being a wanted criminal...
