Mikoto Misaka, the Railgun, electrical powerhouse of Academy City, Japan, has been framed for a horrendous crime she did not commit. After escaping the prison- which ended in the loss of her best friend -Mikoto ends up in Gotham City. She is taken in by Bruce Wayne, who takes her under his wing and offers her the position of a lifetime: the sixth Robin. Naturally, she says yes. Whenever she is called to Japan once again for a case, Mikoto and her newfound brothers begin to investigate why Mikoto was blamed. With Moltov Cocktails, drunk driving, and toy frogs, things seem better than the what the Bat Family usually handles. However, with Mikoto being a wanted criminal...

In this story I'm aging the people of a certain scientific railgun by 1 year. But touma, index, motoharu, and other characters in toumas class are the same age as before. For plot reasons. Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy. Could it be love? I DO NOT OWN ANY PICTURES I USE IN THIS. I MAY MAKE A COLLOGUE OF PICTURES BUT I DO NOT OWN THEM.
