Detective Kennedy Briar of Lakeshore PD has been looking into the long history of an artistic serial killer, known as "The Painter" someone she didn't know was a very big part of her life.
Speaking with multiple shrinks she comes to realize that her killer is someone nobody suspected. Detective Briar will revisit some of the families of the killer's victims and find out that he wasn't as friendly as everyone thought he was.
