Y/N, Adora, and Catra have been friends since they could remember. But, Y/N had a secret. A secret that only Shadow Weaver and Hordak could know about. She was a princess. The fire princess to be exact. When Y/N was living in the Horde, the only reason Hordak didn't kill her was because he thought it would be a good idea to use her as a weapon for the Horde. When Y/N found out about this, she confronted Hordak, and as a punishment for correcting him, he sent her to Beast Island. She was able to escape and wound up in the Whispering Woods. After a while, she found Brightmoon, and Queen Angella and Glimmer took her in since she was the fire princess. Angella taught her how to fight and use her powers. Y/N even became best friends with Glimmer and Bow! But when she sees Adora and Catra again after 3 long years, things will never be the same.

A "what if" Adora was the one that came back to get Catra out of the Horde since in most Fan fics, its Carta that returns to Adora. Plays 2 weeks after Adora joined the Rebellion so about ep 3-4 of S1 and changes course from there. Stronger Together: A Glimmadora Ending
Long story short, I was disappointed with She-Ra season 5 for several reasons I might get into in the author's notes explaining why I made some changes. So, I thought I'd just make this fan fiction and move on. This is how I would've handled a few aspects of this season's theme and plot and subplots in which Glimmadora becomes canon while Catradora and Glimbow don't. Catradora high school AU. Really nothing else to say, except Catra isn't a damsel in distress 24/7.
