A hundred years old clan (Luna Clan) got slaughtered by an unknown gang for an unknown reason. Akiro Luna, who's the only survivor got accused of murdering 492 members of his clan. He got transferred to the city for investigation-Which got handled by an ability users agency, Baria Soldier Agency who's isn't believe in murdering blame. The first division- Seijoh and Dazed tested Akiro's ability and wanted him to join the agency. And they wanted to change Akiro's goal which is revenge.
