All humans that turn 18 must get a pet vampire, they go to the vampire prisons for as long as it takes for them to pick their vampire. Little do humans know vampires have mates, their soulmate, their other half and mainly their biggest weakness a vampire without their mate is nothing. The one which they are destined to love, protect, cherish and care for.
Little did Alice know that the vampire king was her mate and he would do anything for her to be his. She practically already was his queen and world.
But, the king has a secret.
How will Alice react when she finds out his biggest secrets when she enters the gates of Vampire Prison?

He growled his eyes flashing red for a second then yellow as he looked at Blake as he roared out, "You touch her, or speak to her again and I swear to fucking god I will tear your fucking body to shreds! Nobody takes my fucking mate!!"
My body jumped at how deep and authoritative his voice sound.
He did not seem to be messing around.
His eyes then locked on me, as soon as he kept his gaze on me I didn't fail to notice how his eyes seemed to soften and how soft yet deep he spoke to me.
"Sorry." He grumbled to me.
"Stay away from him darling, you're mine. And I don't like sharing what's mine. He stated with so much certainty in his voice as if nobody or anything could change his words.
