The year is 1943 and this is the 3rd school Dean has transfered to. All cause of a lousy job his father insists that the family "needs to keep up" whatever the heck that means. Dean is tired of all the loud halls and the loud kids and the loud teachers when he doesnt get it right. All he wants is quiet. But eventully, it is quiet that finds him.
