Three Clans that live just down the river from the original four Clans where the river splits into smaller streams have lived peacefully for countless moons, but now a new danger lurks along their every border. A band of rebels has formed and they are determined to get revenge on the Clans' countless years of torment and neglect. Join them as they explore their new prophecy: "There is one with an innocent dove in one eye and a vicious raven in the other that will rise in the coming pain. A single one of their feathers will decide the fate of the Clans. Listen to their cry and guide them correctly or greatly suffer their wrath."
Note from the author: Yes, I the author realize that tortoiseshell toms aren't really seen and if by some odd chance they are found, they are usually sterile. This said, I chose to include several tortoiseshell tom cats, as well as a calico tom, in my story for the purpose of character development. I apologize if this offends or upsets any of you, but I hope you can look past it and still enjoy my fictional tale. Happy hunting and I hope you enjoy!

This is the first part of four novels largely inspired by Erin Hunter's Warrior Cats series. Each book follows a leader of one of the four clans- Springclan, Summerclan, Fallclan and Winterclan. Spring Anew follows Springclan's leader Newstar as he steps into a new leadership role and the struggles and successes that come with it. From gatherings to romances, from fights to starclan prophecies, Spring Anew is an alternate universe warrior cats series.
