While on a camping trip, Merlin was obviously exhausted as he'd been acting strange all day. As he falls asleep, Gwaine finds a small leather bound journal hidden away in the servants coat, which he soon learns is a journal. He reads a few to himself, then to the Knights. They all soon realize how sad and how seemingly alone Merlin believes he is. They all realize, just how little they know about Merlin.

We pick up right at the last episode of the show however I made a few changes...This work is my own with the addition of a completely new story line that just continues that heart-felt and silly world from the show that we all love.
