Y/N didn't live the best of lives. At the young age of eight he came home to discover his parents murdered. It was later discovered that ghouls were responsible. Not having a whole lot of family he moved in with his aunt who'd neglect and abuse him. His whole childhood he grew up alone until high school came along and he met a friend by the name of John. He's what got him through those four years by simply being there for him. Unfortunately he to was killed by a ghoul. Y/N had nothing. They live amongst humans and hunt to feed and a group of humans known as investigators are train to kill ghouls and protect humanity from this growing threat. In Tokyo, Japan, the Commission of Counter Ghoul, also known as the CCG, is the Tokyo's primary defense against all ghoul attacks with in the city. Most vicious and dangerous ghouls aren't afraid of the CCG expect for two investigators.
