People of Metal Ft. Kirti Bohidar

After 18 years in the service, Kirti Chandra Bohidar came back to his village in Jharsuguda (Odisha), only to find that the fight of life still lay ahead. While the potential of brick manufacturing was appealing, his conscience didn't allow him to go down the traditional route. And there started his quest to find a sustainable way of manufacturing bricks, one that would provide a sustainable livelihood while ensuring no negative impact to the environment.
