Meet Jayshree Dhanasekaran, who rallied local Self-Help Group (SHG) women to stitch reusable cloth masks for people in remote communities. She galvanised a team of nearly 80 women, and was able to get 1.4 lakh cloth masks made in the village of Lanjigarh, in Kalahandi district of Odisha. Her project also helped the women earn a living during the crippling pandemic, when many livelihoods were lost across the country. Like the story?
