Nasteho Ali is a lonely, overachieving, devoutly Muslim Somali Canadian social justice warrior.

Henry Ho is a lonely, underachieving, nihilistic atheist Chinese Canadian edgelord.

Nasteho's biggest secret is that she's in love with a K-Pop Idol who routinely crashes her dreams to escape his nightmares.

Henry's biggest secret is that he hopes his dreams of his dead dad telling him useless trivia about his favourite bands are genuine visits from the afterlife.

Other than the coincidence of attending the same Ottawa high school, these two aren't connected in any way.

Or are they?

As destiny draws them closer, their secrets will become bigger, their beliefs will be tested, and the mystery that haunts them both will begin to endanger them and their new found friends unless they work together to solve it.
