"I didn't ask to be in the middle of your ego-battle," I grumble. Blake pins me to my locker, hands resting on either side of my head. "Well, you got it in anyway, Darling," he whispers. His face is inches away from mine and damn me for licking my lips. I am NOT falling for these guys. And then, at the corner of my eye I spot Owen and his gang approaching. Well, that's just great. *** The West and East gang of Tygerwell have been at each other's throats since the dawn of time. And the two leaders of these gangs want to end the fight, once and for all. But fighting with fists is easy. Fighting with wit and charm, is a whole other ball game. Blake. West-side gang leader. Leather jacket and killer glare. Don't talk back. Owen. East-side gang leader. Fancy coat and toxic stare. Don't resist. And in comes Amber. Hair of gold and oceans in her eyes. Has too much sass for her own good and always, ALWAYS, manages to get into the middle of trouble. But these boys have no idea who they're really dealing with. And when Amber descovers she knows a little too much when it comes to guns and fighting, she has to question everything she thought she knew about herself. Three can play this game. *** "Let's settle this. You got rejected, I got rejected. It's only fair that the fate of the gangs be on who gets the girl first." "That sounds rather good, Rhodes. I'll take that bet on the golden girl." *** COMPLETED FICTION AWARDS: Best new story and best new account Highest ranking in Teen Fiction: #1 on 25/06/2018

"People would die to see us together." Huh, as if. "Too bad their dreams won't ever come true." I leaned forward and gave him a sorry look. "Ever." I added with a sharp edge and narrowed my eyes. He smirked. I stood my ground. But I could still feel my cheeks take up a slight pink. It also made me think if Sam was my only mysterious problem. But I knew better. ~ They're arch-enemies. One popular, friendly girl and a hugely dangerous secret. One popular, arrogant guy and a dark deadly secret. One ruined relationship. Two entwined secrets. They hate. They bite. They prank. The Vanishing Cheerleaders

26 parts Complete

At Willow Creek High, blonde, blue-eyed cheerleaders are disappearing without a trace. The once vibrant school is now clouded with fear and uncertainty. For 21-year-old Emily Carter, the disappearances hit close to home-her younger sister, Ashley, was the latest victim. Determined to uncover the truth, Emily takes matters into her own hands. She dyes her naturally brunette hair blonde and goes undercover, joining the cheer squad to find out what really happened to her sister. Emily quickly notices something sinister: the school's bad boy, Cole Matthews, seems unusually interested in her. With his brooding looks and dangerous reputation, Cole has always given Emily the creeps, but now he's watching her more than ever. As he persistently asks her out, Emily's suspicions grow. But when her older brother, Jake, a 25-year-old police officer, suggests she take the risk and go on the date-armed with a hidden tracker-Emily agrees. What begins as a simple date soon turns into a nightmarish ordeal as Cole drives her deep into the woods. At a secluded cabin, Emily uncovers the horrifying truth: Cole has been abducting and murdering cheerleaders, including her sister. With her brother and the police closing in, Emily must use every ounce of strength and courage to survive the night and bring Cole to justice. But the scars of what she uncovers may never heal.
