Hello there. My name is Damien but call me what you want. Believe me, i have heard everything from bloodsucking demon from hell, all the way to just a straight out douche. I guess i should tell you what i am. Well, I am a vampire but technically speaking i am actually a hybrid of a human and a vampire, my mother being the human and my father the vampire. They aren't around to tell you the full story because my mother died giving birth to me, and my father was hunted down and executed by the Elders known as the "Mortuus Primo" or "First Dead". There are 5 elders still alive from the original 6. The elders were the first to become vampires and eventually be responsible for the start of our race. Now you know where i come from, so all that's left, is what's in store for my future...

Her eyes showed nothing but pure white as she tossed and turned vigorously on the small hospital bed, blinking multiple times. "DO NOT TOUCH HIM!" She yells. This fuels the shaking edifice more. "Do something!" I scream at the doctor who is standing there flummoxed just as we are. Out of nowhere, a bright light engulfs her. My back connects with a hard object behind me. The sound of shattering glasses, exploding machines and light bulbs follow .A sharp high pitch sound ringing inside my ears caused by the blast. . I feel myself getting weak as my back aches from being hit. By the time am conscious enough the sound of buzzing sockets as a result of short out wires that produce bright sparks in the now dark room are all I see and hear for a moment, lights flickering simultaneously. Later, I hear someone giving orders from outside our room accompanied by indistinct voices from agitated people being guided out of the building. My eyes scan the room searching for Damien. I heave a sigh of relief to see him laying on the ground his head leaning lazily on the door. A figure moves adjacent from me.
