Iron From Ice (Game of Thrones)

After serving throughout the long months in Robb Stark's army in the war, the young northerner Gared Tuttle believes he is ready to become a warrior in his own right. Born to a pig farmer, Gared found work in the service of House Forrester, loyal bannermen to House Stark, and eventually rose to become Lord Gregor Forrester's own squire. As victory draws close for the King in the North, Gared's dreams seem to lie within reach. Yet, things quickly begin to fall apart, and the young squire finds his life in a violent and chaotic upheaval.
