Erik Svärdling is no ordinary teenager, but he is still shocked to find himself thrust into a world of strange creatures and old magic. He is confronted with the living truth of his country's history as he finds out that the Norse myths are real. He must learn the ways of magic to stay alive in this new and unforgiving world he's discovered, but he must do it away from everyone he's ever loved. Will he be able to cope with his new existence and stay ahead of his enemies? This is the first novel I've ever written from beginning to end. It's only a first draft, but I'm planning on going back and fixing it up as soon as I have the time and energy.
